Richard Poon’s ‘For You’ turns Gold!

The country’s award winning crooner, Richard Poon, once again lives up to his title, as his latest album entitled “For You” under MCA Music Inc. sweeps the music charts with actual sales of more than 10,000 units! The Gold Record Award was presented last August 2, 2009 in ASAP ’09 after the launch of his 2nd single “You and I”.
Soaring in the Philippine Music Industry by great leaps and bounds, Richard Poon’s phenomenal success is undeniably remarkable! Fresh from a myriad of recognitions such his last album “I’ll Take Care of You Platinum Edition” attaining the Platinum Status, clinching the titles “1st Philippine Radio Music Award’s Breakthrough Artist”, “Best Performance by A New Male Recording Artist in the 21st Awit Awards “, and “Best Male Performer in Hotels, Music Lounges and Bars in the 2008 Aliw Awards”, Richard is still continuously honing his craft and exploring a multitude of possibilities.
